Upon waking up, I usually stumble into the kitchen and get the coffee going. While the pot's brewing, I always throw a little whey protein down my gullet to quickly feed my muscles since they've been fasting for many hours. If my stomach is growling I eat a small bowl of high fiber cereal after that. I grab my cup-o-joe and take it in the shower with me where I slowly sip it and vaguely plan my day. I scrub with the top to bottom approach, shampoo then soap, face to feet. If I remembered to take my contacts out the night before I put them in right before I get out since my hands are already clean. My kitten always greets me when he hears the water turn off, and I try to avoid getting him wet as he hops in the tub with me. Feeling fresh, I hop on the computer for a few minutes to see what the good people of HF are up to. If not much is going on I might study for a little bit until I get hungry. My normal breakfast is almost always 3 whole eggs with 3 egg whites, scrambled. I cook up some lean ham to go with the eggs along with a slice of toast. All this goes great with the coffee imo of which I have probably 3-4 cups most days. If I'm planning on working out I eat a banana as well and this rounds out to a nice 50g protein, 50g carb pre-workout meal, I lift 1-1.5 hours later. After that my real day begins. I wake up, smoke a bowl, smoke a cig, take a shit, then maybe eat, maybe shower, maybe straight to work without doing any of that
Not very exciting and rather rushed. Wake up, get out of bed, put my work clothes on. Go to the kitchen, throw something in the microwave, pop a Mountain Dew open. Take a piss while shit microwave food cooks, wash hands, get said shit microwave food... go back to my room, open the computer, sit infront of it and read news, NBA news, and at times this damn forum for a 10 minutes while eating. Brush my teeth, put my shoes on, and walk to work almost getting there 5 minutes late. Takes me around 30 minutes all in all.
i wake up somewhere between 6:30-7am, usually closer to 6:30 on most days. i wait till my morning wood goes away, then i come downstairs to showah. after the showah, i get the pan, the eggs, meat and cheese out for breakfast. then i go powder my nuts with goldbond and put my shorts on. come back and start making 5-6 eggs while that is cooking, make a protein shake (milk + pea protein) finish cooking, eat, grab some lunch stuff, grab work clothes for other job if i'm working my 2nd job - throw all in mah backpack...and head off to work start setting up for the day at camp and then wait till camp starts around 9am
i wake up, try to find out the particular reason why i didnt sleep in my bed last night, or in fact why i seem to sleep everywhere but my bed. then i embrace the world, and adjust my schedule according to the time, pick up a bass or a guitar or even my harmonica and play for what feels like an amazing amount of forever then i eat something and leave looking for adventure (money) i usually find my bandmates, we jam, end up going back to my place to toke up and then i wake up the next morning and do it over again
You're a liar. To answer the original post, I wake up, take a shit and smoke a cigarette, then it's off to the work. I usually eat at work since I work in fast food, it is a time saver, and pretty neat.
Yeah dude eggs are a fucking superfood. I really gotta powder my balls more often. Never seen pea protein, where'd you hear about it? I always go with whey in milk.
wake up bright and early, fall out of bed, put on slippers and walk down the hall to the bathroom. I take a piss, wash my face, brush my teeth. Theres usually about 10 other girls in the bathroom trying to brush and get ready at the same time so it can be a little hectic in there. I usually see the cleaning lady in the hallway so i usually talk to her for a mins and what not. I go back to my room and pick out an outfit to wear to work. I put lotion on, maybe a little bit of lip gloss, and figure out what to do with my hair. I get dressed then pack a lunch. I then eat a cup of yogurt for breakfast. If I have a 5 extra mins i sometimes log on here. I make sure i have all of my work papers and stuff put into my work bag. I then meet up with my coworker downstairs and we walk to work together.
heard about it on a few other message boards...tried it out, tasted pretty good. some like it as a stand alone protein powder...soem don't, so they put in in a mix...i like it as a stand alone by itself. has a pretty earthy type taste to it...i've had dutch chocolate fudge - i think it tastes amazing with some natty PB thrown in it...pure ecstasy in mah mouth haha...also have chocolate banana which is also good, but not as good as the dutch chocolate fudge, imo i get it from true protein. cheap too
I fucking love natty peanut butter with shakes, but I'm trying to shed some bodyfat and I can't stay happy if it's in the house and I have to eat such small amounts. Chocolate flavors are definitely usually the only PPs worth buying, but I keep strawberry stocked too for when I make fruity shakes. I might have to try out some pea protein at some point.
yea, i tell people to try it out - just to have an additional source of a different protein around at the least...i still get whey (not as much anymore - i'm liking MPIs more now...much more filling feeling)
I usually wake up about half an hour before my alarm goes off, but I keep it set just in case. It's a CD player alarm clock, so I have it set to wake me up to a marching band playing "Louie Louie". Nothing like waking up to a marching band. After I hide under the covers, trying to sleep for that half hour, I get up and go to the bathroom. Then I go back to my bedroom, sit on the floor in front of the big mirror and put on my make-up, then I get dressed for work. After that, I grab my pipe and Mario mushroom tin (my little weed stash) and head to the living room, where I usually plant my ass in my roommate's chair and open up MySpace and the forums and I smoke a tad while I browse the web. About 20 minutes before I plan on leaving, I get off my ass, put my pipe and stuff up, go to the bathroom again, brush my teeth, tuck in my shirt, and put on my belt. Then I make sure I have everything ready for work and sit around until it's time to go. Yep. Interesting.
Wake up at about 7 am. Take a shower, shave. I wash my face and body first, then my hair. Get out, dry off. Get Alexis out of bed, give her a bath and get her dried off. We go to the kitchen and decide on breakfast, cook, eat, then do the dishes. We brush our teeth. We usually are off for a walk about 9am. Then, we come home, she plays a while, I internet surf. The rest of the day....we just wing it.
