I switch shampoos a lot, and i usually stick with one body wash, which used to be the pink dove one with the beads, but they dont carry it anymore at my wal mart so i am trying new options but i like the suave sandalwood and rose for bodywash, and i have been using the herbal essence coconut and something else for shampoo and conditioner and i looove it... frucits is good sometimes but it makes my hair knotty, and caress is good sometimes too but it leaves a weird soapy film on my body... i'm pretty picky haha

I just use Dr. Bronner's peppermint soap to wash my hair, which I also use to wash my body.

******* i think ...i dunno..i don't really care...and body wash..i think theres one thats **** i use and another thats like aloe and cucumber...i dunno

*i actually have decided not to promote brands on this site..so i stared them out...

i'm not terribly picky as to what i use...as long as it smells good...my hair can be picky tho...it's very thick and it can go insane frizy and curly/wavy if i don't use a good shampoo/conditioner..

shampoo and conditioner: back to basics raspberry almond
body wash: jergens soap for sensitive skin, or just water, depending on my mood

contemplating buyin gthat sunsilk stuff for blondes

also, to whoever said pantene, that shit is nasty it builds up this waxy covering on your hair strands. good for the occasional use but make sur eyou shampoo with something else now and then (once every month or two) to strip off that waxy build up that pantene does so much worse than other shampoos

I use herbal essences shampoo and conditioner for tangly hair, or some crap like that. They should just call it "Jew hair shampoo", works great.

For body wash... Axe snake peel... it's very smelly which is good because I always smell after work, and it has little thingies in it that help scrub off dirt.

Now if I would only take more than 2 showers a week...

I tried doing the natural hair shampoo for a while there, but it does shit compared to Aveda's stuff for black hair. So, Ive switched back and fucking love my hair at the moment. For body wash though, I use whatever bar of soap in the shower.
