i am about to work in the food industry ... again. and i would rather start my own business with my own thrift store.

Well I am self employed and pretty much set for life.

In about 3 years I will buy citizenship in Colombia, South America and will hopefully find love and hang out on the beach and the jungle.

I want to own a coffeeshop/record store/used book store.

someplace where people can hang out, discuss art, have a stage for art exhibitions, and concerts, and poetry readings, I'd want it to be called "The Quiche Niche"

I'm a part-time behavioralist. I can't think of anything I would rather do, maybe be even more part-time and have my work be okay with me just working with the kids I like.

 

I own several businesses.

The one people here are most familiar with is my tropical seed company. I am one of the largest suppliers of exotic tropical seeds in the world.

That includes a Central American operation and a South American operation.

 

Thast is so bad ass. Do you have a website? I have been looking to grow a hoya forever, but can't find them anywhere around here.

 

I am a paralegal/legal assistant. I also do some in house investigation work which is hella cool.

I love my job.

There isnt much that I would rather do, maybe go to law school so I could actually make the big bucks for the work I do.

 

I work as a tailor. I get tired of hemming pants though....I'd love to be a "professional volunteer" or a "professional crafter." I think I'll have to win the lottery before I can do either, so I'll just keep hemming pants and mending clothes for now.

I am on vacation in the States now. But in the next few days I will check with my people.

(My employees are off Saturday and Sunday)

I am mainly a wholesaler (1000 seeds and up)

Because I talk about drugs and other controversial subjects here, as well as my possible past connections to the drug world I do not post directly about my businesses or web sites.

I cannot risk my customers finding out who I am.

 

I totally understand that. No one would guess I use drugs either.
They've been my favorite since I was a kid. I remember my mom taking me to a hoya exhibit at the Wild Animal Park and buying clippings, or clones-or whatever you call it.
