What's the name of this movie 70's stoner kids

Ok I remember a movie from back in teh 70's I believe and its got kids I'd say around 12-13 all smoking pot and hanging out at a youth center type place, I remember one scene where a cop walks in to there center and frisks a kid wearing glasses and finds nothing on him and then the lady supervisor is disgusted with him... also in the movie at the end all the parents are sitting having a What do we do about our kids meeting in the school building and the kids lock all the adults inside the building and start destroying everyting outside... the last scene of the movie is all the kids riding a school bus getting sent off to a little kids jail or reform facility.... Ahhhhh whats this called!!!! thanks!

That movie is called "Over The Edge". It has a young Matt Dillon (in the movie his name was Richie White) in it..

 

I thought you were talking about Dazed and Confused when I read the "70's stoner kids" but I guess I was wrong. I'll watch this movie too though.
