A spinach salad with cherry tomatoes, some garlic hummus and pita bread. I love soup it seems like I eat it everyday, I would love to make my own soup too.
I made soup from scatch for the first time. I made vegetable stock first, then added some tomato paste to the carrots, potatoes and green onions I put in the soup to give it a more.. campbell's flavour. It was pretty good, not exactly what I wanted but I will keep trying.
Made chickpeas in yogurt. My pressure cooker, a hand me over from my sister in law, has won me over. Despite all instructions available being in German.
sliced and diced chicken breast...fried quick with veg oil and curry powder then topped with diced celery , sliced water chestnuts ,and peanuts then left to simmer for a while because i dont like it to be too crunchy near the end i add a bit of sweet chilli sauce some salt and fresh ground pepper there was enough for tonights meal and tomorrows lunch
