All my negative rep has been along the lines of "you're dumb." They don't say very dumb, or as dumb as, just dumb, so I can't tell them apart.

People either think i'm appropriate, full of myself or generally an arsehole. They are usually the reasons, I have not had one I really find any dumber than any of the others.

I think they are grey for neutral, if they haven't many posts themselves or something like that. Red for negative.

it was on my "TOOL trip report" he complimented my writing and my trip report but negative repped me because i like tool....um WTF?!?! if my post is good, then dont neg rep me you fuckin bastard...sorry im still angry about that one

the grey ones i think are people too new to rep...so rather than taking away or adding it just shows they tried to rep you
