To all people no matter where they live or how old they are. About how to live avoid problems, how to use the mind in the best way to make it your friend and not your enemy...dietary advice, religious advice, philosophically how to see others and yourself. For peace.
The best thing anyone can do is to find reasons to be happy at the present and not waste energy wanting things they don't have. Life is too much of an intense competition these days; he who dies with the most toys wins- well when you die you don't take your toys with you and the lifetime of giving your entire life to employers who couldn't give two shits about you is not a recipe for happiness.
I think the best advice is to let people know they don’t have to be afraid to ask questions. Cheers!
Do what you gotta do, regardless of the situation, but never let the necessities prevent you from enjoying life.
i would say to do your own research, as best you can, on everything it is up to you to decide upon, instead of seeking or relying upon the advice of others. of course even in this, reasonable and sane caution is neccessary. research can certianly and often must, include the experience of others, seen through your own eyes. this saves you both reinventing the wheel, and the pain and risks involved in doing so. the library and the internet is your friend. the engineering and science sections and how to actualy do things. that and seeing things actualy done and how they are. trying to impress anyone is a nongratifying waste of both your time and their's and the avoidance of loud and aggressive people, is a very good idea, even if the're closely related to you, maybe even especially if they are. as much as you can, avoid offending anyone, without compromising what is important to you or causing suffering and harm to avoid doing so. =^^= .../\...
To own yourself, sovereignly, taking responsibility for your own experience...to follow your nose and welcome the consequences of following that nose...to be alert to process, here and now...to engage the world authentically, without cowardice or laziness.
Try to enjoy all your actions, and focus on them 100%, Bathing eating, paying bills, cooking, cleaning, are basic actions and should not be burdens that weigh you down; think of it as a game a kid would play, then its life, and you are kid playing you are an adult.
