i dont mind spoilers.

it looks like a galactic center to me, or a gamma ray burst. the overlay looks like directions.

RollingAlong was correct. You're on the right track about the overlay. I'll elaborate tomorrow once I get a chance. It'd be interesting to see how many stargazers we have in our midst.
