    Yesterday
First time ever on my lower back, Accupunture was a very pleasant experience.

The petite girl Accupunturist had a very nice personality and was quite beautiful. She wore dark tan and cream colored hippy clothing and lots of necklaces with beads and charms on them.

I brought along my MRI for my lower back. She was happy to have the MRI describing my lower back issues. She said she knows exactly where to put all the needles.

In addition to the needles for the accupunture, she used some cupping, essential oils, zen/spa music, heat lamps, and aroma therapy....all for about a one hour session.

The heat lamps were positioned just perfectly close to the needles in the lower back to ever so slowly get the needles warm, and the heat traveled through the needle to my back nerves. There was absolutely no feeling burning, just warming.

She put needles in my wrists, forearms, behind my knees and in my head. So weird, but after 2 hours back at home , my back felt alot better.

I called and made another appointment with Nova for today at 1145am. Can't wait to feel good again x2.

I'm disappointed you didn't put this in the horse thread.

I'd totally try it. I bet it's good.
