What is happening must be happening, I suppose.

 

Most likely going to the New Britain Bees baseball game tonight. It's the last regular season game of the season. Playoff chances are about 5%, to be honest. Sucks sitting in a stadium which used to house AA-level baseball. We had the New Britain Rock Cats from 1995 until 2015 (first season in Beehive Field next door). Their evil management took them over to Hartford and renamed them the Yard Goats. (Minnesota Twins affiliate from 1995 to 2014, then the Colorado Rockies from 2015 to present). In case you're wondering, the Atlantic League is an independent league, which starts and ends later that affiliated leagues (loose reference to my avatar, the Yankees affiliated Trenton Thunder).

It was Beehive Field. It opened in 1983. Hard to believe that stars like Roger Clemens once played here. New Britain High School's newest section is the rounded roof behind the wall and Willow Brook. A prominent Marlboro ad used to be on the pole where "NBHS Hurricanes" is now. Wonder why they changed it?

 

I just got a new-to-me used lap top. -- I've been getting it all set up.

I accidentily puked on my last one while blacked out.

I actually just spent 4 days in a Detox Center. -- My Mom let me come to her house today instead of my going back to my apartment.

 

I accidentally puked on a new laptop I just bought and destroyed it, too!

 

I thought I had it okay. Fell. Asleep for few hrs.
Stiff as stone.

 

You'd think that would fall under warranty.

 

I didn't buy any warranty.

 

Oh boo! Is it totally ruined? Turn it upside down and take the battery out!

I've decided that the NFL would be hilarious to watch if the boys had to wear heels. I thought one of them was but it was sparkly gold cletes. It was then I decided.. These guys would be a hoot to watch in heels trying to run around.

 

Same here last night’s low temperatures were in the lower 40s and upper 30s with a few places to the north in Southern New Hampshire were down into the lower 30s with frost.

 

Wasn't there (briefly) a female football league where they played in heels and lingerie? Or am I insane?
