About that insta thing.. I sometimes see stuff like that and roll my eyes, but then from a different perspective.. Sometimes I wonder if a lot of women feel the only way to get anyone's attention is to include their looks. There's that joke thing showing "if men photograph an object" and it's the object vs "if a woman photographs an object" and it's her holding it.. I think it could be that women learn that being pretty is the only way to make people look at anything else you want to show them or listen to anything they say.

I did some exercise too today - I walked from the bus stop to the pie shop, bought three nice pies and walked back to the bus stop. Have subsequently consumed two of the three pies, the last one I'll eat for my tea later this afternoon.
