Mine too...I think it's the snow on the ground. They are indoor cats but love looking out the windows.

Nothing to do here until the NFL conference title games come on at 3 PM ET. (Go Saints! Go Chiefs!) I'm here in central Connecticut. I see maybe 3 some inches of snow, then turned into freezing rain. Maybe 29 degrees right now. I'll have to go out at some point either way. We then will have a huge arctic plunge for Monday. We'll be lucky to see 10 degrees. Until now, our only snow was a freak early storm system on November 15th.

Hell f-----g NO!! I've been a Miami Dolphins fan since 1983. New England is my arch enemy. To be honest, I really hate ALL Boston market sports teams. The Pats first, then the Sox for an extremely close second. Bad enough that one is their given World Champion. We sure as hell don't need a second one again.

  15. I've been cleaning and sorting stuff like crazy for the past few days. I got rid of a lot of things.
    I don't like clutter, I don't like mess.
When I was sorting out my closet and drawers, I started wondering about things like....
How many pairs of socks do people have?
    How many scarves?
    How many jackets?
    Do I have too much?

Then I got to the kitchen.
Realized I am not a chia seeds kind of person. Said goodbye to nettle tea.
Found stuff like cottage pie seasoning mix. Expires in August, sooo....eh maybe.

Tomorrow after work I tackle cosmetics.
    Thoughts and prayers, please.

    Thoughts and prayers.

Im doing the same. I did my kitchen yesterday but I didnt even tackle the food, just my utensils and cookware and two cabinets where random items migrate. I sparked so much joy I felt a little depressed.

Decluttering does have a way of making you examine your relationship with material goods. I've come to the conclusion I want to be one of those who carefully invests in well made items that will last a life time, rather than buying cheaper items on impulse that fall apart within a couple of years

Someone told me that finding joy in de-cluttering was such a middle class privilege. It made me kind of grumpy, since I never considered it that way.

  18. I also found some cool forgotten stuff like

A lil golden five-pointed communist star necklace pendant with hammer and sickle on it
    Three pink golf balls
A beautiful scarf that I got from a soldier who was stationed in Afghanistan yeeeaars ago
    A sephardic cookbook lol
    ....
