What's bad about getting a DOx?

I hear about Dox's and I'm wondering if they're worse and why?

 

People seem to have fewer bad trips on DOx too.

 

DOx is a blotter adulterant. It is put in the place of LSD. Most people don't like it because they wanted LSD instead of DOx. If you really enjoy DOx more than LSD then by all means, enjoy! Just not my cup of tea...

 

LSD-25 > DOx

 

They are usually 20 hours +. Can be a good thing, can be a bad thing, depends on the tripper. But when you buy acid, you usually want acid.. so, I can only imagine why people wouldn't want it.

 

i dunno.. i dont think most people want LSD-25 as much as they want a psychedelic experience.. most people buyin acid probably would only care that they are tripping for ages

 

Knowingly selling a DOx and misrepresenting it as LSD is a fucked up evil totally uncool thing to do. This happened back in the 60's with Orange Wedges, freaked a bunch of people out in a bad way, when they took a couple of them, thinking it was LSD but it was DOM. I don't know anyone that would be happy with taking a DOx when they thought they were taking LSD

 

lsd is just better than dox all around

is there any physically harmful thing about DoX because I am hesitant to take lsd i have a heart condition and really want to know what im taking..

 

It probably wouldnt be very good, here is some info from wikipedia-
DOB does not have the known safety profile of LSD: unlike LSD, DOB can have physically harmful (if not fatal) effects in overdose. Onset of the drug is also long, sometimes taking up to three hours. The substance has been described as a more lucid, more amphetamine-like version of LSD.
I have a pretty fucked up heart problem, my heart races really fast when i do weed, speed, x and other stuff like that, so i would definitely stay away from the DOx's, and try to get real lsd. You could buy a couple hits and get someone to take one and see the onset etc. and other stuff to tell the difference

 

What most fake LSD is.

 

You really want to know why its bad? Imagine thinking you are getting LSD and take 2 blotters of DOx. An hour or so passes and you start to feel jittery and nervous. You are wide awake and your heart is beating like a bass drum at a rave. 12 hours in and there is now a constant buzzing in your ear and the panicy feeling is really bad. 24 hours later almost nothing has changed. 36 hours later you finally feel "normal" and can go to sleep.

Does that sound like fun to you? If it does just go and tweak out on meth.

Well on top of the visuals, having those side effects and the uber lengthy trip duration doesn't sound like much fun at all. Might ruin some plans if you're expecting the duration of acid and have something to do the next day.

it depends on the compound. but yes a DOx trip can last over 24 with a half a day or more of after effects.

 

but i mean.. if it just made you feel slightly shit for many hours then it wouldnt be a substitute for acid by anyone's token?

 

Depends on the person. Some people love DOx's. It can be just as euphoric, and visual.
