    I was going to sit down and type up some of my recipes today so I can make a little blog for picky eaters like me, and I realized that most of my favorite and best recipes have cream of mushroom soup, lol. I use that stuff so much. We used to use Nature's Seasonings aaaaaalllll the time, too, but now we pretty much only put it on corn. By the way, it's bad ass on corn.

    You know mac and cheese is pretty good when you add other stuff to it. It's a very versatile food.

    low-fat cheese and coaatage cheese (thanks fitz!). I've been adding it everywhere for protein. It's a god send since I don't really like meat and don't eat red meat.

    Onions, Garlic, MSG, and bacon (chips or grease :eek: ).

    i use fresh parsley, fresh chives, and other herbs that i grow ~ for whatever the food needs.

    When your skin gets so dry that it just flakes off, you'll understand the necessity of eating animal fats and meats ~ not a lot, but some.

    ~~~ We're omnivorous ~ made to eat both meat and vegetables ~ for a good reason ~
    so that no matter what, we won't starve. But if you wean yourself away from meats, completely, what are you going to do for food if you have to go into survival mode?
    You're going to need the extra protein, for a fact, Jack.
    And do you know which naturally occurring greens are safe to eat, and which are poisonous? (i don't, and i know a pretty lot about plants because of gardening.)
    Right now is the time to get prepared for anything to happen.
    Don't get caught with your pants down, eh? ;)
    Man i can put BBQ sauce on anything... and before you ask, I'm from the inland northwest.
    I use Campbell's tomato soup as a base a lot also! it tastes SO GOOD with various pastas!
    On the subject of Pastas, i find it is really easy to make good spaghetti with sauce from jars!
