I would definitely have a troubled stomach if half of that collection was my lunch. But sometimes in the evenings I overindulge a little as well. That it doesn't cause any issue then is mainly because its added onto a normal lunch and dinner. Kind of the same with drinking more than 4 beers: after a good lunch and/or dinner nothing to worry about. Having it as lunch: bad idea
I don't actually. Unless they don't move enough and/or have a shitty diet. If one burns enough calories they don't have to limit themselves to eating next to nothing. There's a better option.
I just finished dinner: sprouts, potatoes and 3 meat balls (not sure how much or in what dutch meat balls differ from the typical american but I have the feeling there's a difference) + some gravy for over the potatoes of course!

Yes, half as lunch. Its not the only thing i eat for lunch. Pancakes, cereal, waffles, pudding, and the likes, i eat as well for lunch. Wimps.
One thing I never really do is eat breakfast -very rarely is my first meal before noon (typically this only happens if I am joining someone for breakfast at a restaurant). It's been a habit for as far back into childhood as I can remember.
I just finished the 6" I had from subway left over. I went with this really dark bread, it's almost black and was by far their healthiest option, I was a bit weirded out by it, but it was quite fantastic.
No breakfast. For lunch/dinner I made mango chutney chicken, it was delicious. I am trying to use things that I have, and that chutney has been sitting there for a while now. Then I had two apples. Now it's mint tea and dark chocolate time.
I have all these apples that I need to use asap lol. So I'm going to make apple burek tonight. That will be breakfast for the next three days. Plus my place is going to smell all nice. But first - I'ma make some simple spaghetti sauce because I haven't eaten anything yet.
