salt or sugar? I say salt (very hard to choose) Because i always have been addicted to sugar and it is a part of me now.
Thats a stupid question lol... I guess Ill say sugar, because there is a lot of sugar subsitutes but there arent any salt subsitutes
no salt for me. i actually stopped putting salt on anything a couple years ago. i use it sparingly now though. you need a bit of salt sometimes, but sugar...always yummy.
our body needs salt for water and surgar for the blood sugar thing , i would have to say i would give up sugar , becuase many fruits and berrys have sugar , but salt is worth it weight in gold , i know that in every form of culture needs salt , and even in modern day ways we put salt in everthing in the proceccing processe it is a perservative , yet sugar can be a persivative it is well sugar , but saltcan cure meats and what not
suger. i don`t need suger i can eat fruits if i wanted something sweet but salt i use in my cooking and meat tast no good whitout salt, neather dose potatoes rice pasta ore soups ore bread..
i should have said salt, but I said sugar. I retract the sugar. I dont have any salt in my home, no salt shakers and no salt anywhere. I have high blood pressure so I season with more natural seasons that don't have sodium. Sugar is not added to anything in my house cause I am a diabetic so really I guess I could live without ADDED sugar and salt. I still as we all do need the iodine from salt and glucose to make our body's work right
I would give up sugar. Salt is needed also as a preservative for many foods, so that would have to stay.
went for salt in moderate amounts ofc .. excess sodium aint too good for ya .. sugar on the other hand (daily use sugar atleast) is heavily processed and well not too good for anyone.. unless it meant all sorts of sugars like naturally occurring sugars like the one in fruit
Groovy question... I generally don't put salt or sugar in food...Tho i guess products tend to already have either sugar or salt in it... Tho i guess i could live without sugar more…because its more likely to make me feel full…I dislike feeling very full…
i already have given up sugar. i never add salt to my diet. i do use canning salt, to make an eye rinse, nasal irragation and, a mouth rinse to use before brushing and flossing. salt does have hygienic uses. sugar has none, that i can think of off the top of my head.
i didn't vote because I don't use salt in my food and I get my sugar from fruits and honey but I know things like breakfast cereal have both in so
I agree. I can still consume honey or agave or fruit... but no substitutes out there for salt. And you have to have that for electrolytes & so forth...
