Ah, baby naming threads- there are probably a million of them here, but they're all still fun.

I'm boring. I like classic names:

I need to come up with names soon. I have no clue really yet. My son is named Mavi River. Mavi is the color blue in Turkish.

So far my choices if I have a girl are:

Sofi Rain
Misti Rain
Ayla Rain (Ayla is moonlit in Turkish)

For a boy, I have no idea, but the middle name will be Jude.

Some names we considered throughout the years: Autumn, Avalon, Brighid (and all her variations), Loki (seriously), Rowan, Violet. That's all i can remember off the top of my head.

If we had had a boy, he would be Declan Martin.

Our little girl will be Moire or Maire or Claire or Allison or....We're waiting until we meet her to name her.

My kids are Daniel Phelan and Julian Cahill(my maiden name). If Danny had been a girl he would have been Magdalen or Magdalena, and Julian was three weeks early so didn't have ANY names picked out at all. We were literally looking at baby name books and between contractions my husband and I would say "Do you like..?" "No, do you like...?" It was ridiculous. We were thinking about Sebastian and Rowan for possible boy names, and maybe Quinn or Carly for a girl, but I'm really glad we named him Julian, because it fits him perfectly.

Here are our Twin Daughters, They are Ava Elizabeth (in blue) and Livia Autumn (in pink). I really liked the names Sage, when I was pregnant. For boys they might have been Orion and Jack!!
They fit their names perfectly!!
