What would you cook for me?

    falafel could loosely be described as a vegetarian meatball....its roughly the shape of a meatball, and deep fried, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. its usually moderately but very flavorfully spicy, and is mostly composed of chickpeas (aka garbanzos)

    its very common in middle eastern cooking.




    plaintains are similar to bananas, and may be cooked in any number of ways, and common to carribbean cooking.

    I like felafels, I think they are probably the only decent meat substitute besides chick pea burgers.

    I have never actually been to your country yet. I suspected they did.

    I eat dragonfruit all the time in Thailand. It's great straight from the fridge.
