Today I got 12 episodes of 'the honeymooners' (On 1 tape) recorded from ANALOG CABLE on 9.10.88 (It was a HONEYMOONERS MARATHON) ANYTHING RECORDED OFF ANALOGUE CABLE IS GOLD TODAY IN MY OPINION
i don't think i've ever purchased a tv show. i have a couple ren and stimpy DVDs that i got years ago as a gift, and a couple six feet under DVDs that i found in a dumpster years ago with what i assume were a bunch of other stolen DVDs. and i think those are the only recorded tv shows i've ever owned that i didn't record myself.
Thanks. I'm sure I will. Season 7 is my favorite season, so I am looking forward to watching it again.
is that the last season? personally, i thought the series started to drag somewhere around the middle. as is the case with a vast majority of good shows; they almost always seem to peak in season 2, and by season 4 or 5 they have generally lost whatever it was that made the show good.
No, the last season is season 8. I haven't watched season 8, and don't intend to. Ive read that it is the worst season of the series, and the storyline is kind of all over the place. Season 7 is the season where Vince is addicted to cocaine and dating a porn star (Sasha Grey).
well shit, if you've seen the other seven, you might as well watch season 8 too, just to see how they wrapped it all up. it's been a while so i don't remember much detail, but i think that i agree that it was the worst season. still worth a few hours if you're a fan of the show though.
I'd rather take the 20 bucks and buy a book though, especially if I know the season isn't very good. Know what I mean? Or I'd rather by a season of another show, something that I'm sure to enjoy. I'm a fan for sure, but not that big of a fan that I need to shell out the bucks on a season that I know is only mediocre.
yeah, i guess i wouldn't spend money on it. i just figured there had to be some way to see it for free.
I only bought one tv show on dvd, probably over a decade ago. It was Deadwood. 3 seasons. Ended too soon Also: haven't touched it in over 9 years either. So... glad its not a habit buying tv shows
