What was the last thing you FORGOT TO BUY?

Say you pass a store, go in and make an impulse buy then after leaving realize they had the thing you need? What is the last thing you forgot to buy.

I just bought some beer at Rite-Aid and didn't think of the batteries until after I passed an electronics store. I went in one a little bit down that was like a cell phone store that had some AAA and i think C but no AA, of course they didn't have the most common type of battery.

 

Butter. I still have a stick left, so I'm alright for now.

 

I really need toilet paper now, before I'm on the toilet and say, "Uh, oh FUCK"

 

Jalapeño peppers. I got home and realized I did not get them and had to go back out for them as I was making salsa and needed them. Ironically they were even on my list.

 

Yesterday I got a call from our local bookstore that the book I ordered came in. I was going to pick it up when I was out walking the dog yesterday afternoon but did not think of it again until I was already home.... Maybe I will remember to go get it today. (maybe not... will see)

 

Shit, this reminds me that I need to get some beers for tonite.

Bought a bag of ice the other day... Forgot to grab it from the machine on the way out of the store. :/

Cat food I hate getting all the way home from work only to remember that I was supposed to stop at the store but didn't. I live way out in the woods, not many stores close by.

 

Actually, I am always forgetting to buy batteries...

Last time I forgot to get butter. Surely ruined my breakfast next morning
