What Was The Guy Behind Me At Chipotle Ordering?

yesterday on my lunch break I was at chipotle (obviously checking out the semi cute latina cashier) and after paying i'm getting napkins, fork etc.. The guy behind me says "can I get a cup of watt uh?"... What in the fuck is that? he did have some sort of accent so idk if he was confused or what.

 

Whats wrong with wanting a cup of wot uh?

 

I don't understadn what he was ordering. What in the hell is a cup of watt uhh?

 

Watt uhh.... wat uh...watuh...wateh....water.

I think he meant beans and rice.
