What the Website Phone Number??

How come this website fails to give its own phone number? It just says: Phone:1-866-NIFTY-01

Why is there letters within the number. Isn't it a bit suspicious?

But when I looks up customer reviews, it appears they're writing on the assumption that its a genuine website. They never reply to any of my queries!

maybe that's why the economy's fucked. almost all businesses have phone numbers with words in them, which means nobody can comprehend how to contact any businesses.

 

i did recently learn something interesting though. did you guys know that when someone gives you their phone number, the numbers they give you are supposed to correspond to the numbers on the phone itself? i mean, how are we supposed to figure this stuff out?
