I was at lollapalooza yesterday at the bloody beetroots set and all was going well until some ugly **** freak decided to start rubbing up against. I immediately walked away but that's what makes me mad. I've always told myself that I would kill the person who tries something like that but my response was so timid and I was such a pussy. Has this happened to anyone else?
Unfortunately, it has happened to other women. If it happens again, security wants to know. That creep will keep going until he finds someone who won't walk away. Too many times, that person will be a young girl taking way too many drugs for her experience level, whose friends are either gone or in a similarly drug induced haze. What he does when done humping her can vary from walking away or raping her. As an event organizer (not this event), I'm letting you know, the event does want to know. As for your safety, walk away is good. (Its better than giving him a good talking to.) Walk to the nearest event staff is good. (If you are in front of the stage, the sound board has communications.)
just ask him not to. if he still does, call for assistance. there is no need being aggressive - unless you want to cause yourself serious problems.

Frotterism is the technical name. You should address the person loudly and calmly. Say, "Stop rubbing on me." If this doesn't work, contact security.
To the OP that's a pretty slimey thing for a guy to do. I think you were momentarily shocked by it and I wouldn't beat yourself up. I'm sure if it ever happens again you will deal with it better.

To the above post, both a and b. Thing is he was some creepy looking guy who kept eyeing. I didn't pay any attention but, as you would expect, the crowds shifted and this **** started grinding on me. And really, im not againsr dancing with people, just I don't like dancing with people that look like rapists.
Well thats the crux of the matter here. How would he know that you think he's a dingy low life rapists unless you tell him so? If you're on a dance floor surrounded by lots of people dancing, SOME take this to mean that you want to dance with other people. (I know crazy right?) Next time just adamantly say youre not interested and move away. If it keeps up get staff involved. My wife loves to dance, and while I do too, I generally need to be pretty intoxicated to get these hips to move. So alot of times I stand off to the side and let her do her thing only intervening if some chucklefuck doesn't get the picture. Perhaps, if this becomes an issue you should try to bring along some friends to keep an eye out for you. (That is assuming you dont feel comfortable wang punting some asshole who doesn't get the memo that you're not interested.)
