Wow, what a coincidence. Last night I went to walmart and bought a bunch of DVDs from the $5.50 bin. I grabbed that one too. Unfortunately, I didn't realize, it was in that bin only because someone must have put it there, but it was NOT a $5.50 movie. It cost me like nineteen bucks! Anyway, I have not watched it yet. The beginning seems to start out with snippets of interviews with scientists or something. Does it turn into an actual "movie" later on? I tend to be the kind of person who likes to feel out his place in the universe, not seek others to explain to me what they think it all means. I don't know if I'm going to like listening to everyone's theories stated as though they are fact. Is that how the movie is? -Jeffrey
They use mathematical symbols in the title of the movie on the box... but... in the word "we," they use the Greek letter SIGMA (which is an S) because it looks like an E. I think that's kinda dumb. (They also did that in promo materials for "My Big Fat Greek Wedding," I believe. Used two sigmas in "Greek," which makes it actually "Grssk." Just because it's "cutesy," doesn't mean they should use it.) -Jeffrey
well you spent the 19 bucks so you may as well watch it. if it was such a turnoff before youve even seen it, why did you buy it in the first place? how will you discover the secrets to life all alone? a rad journey but a lonely one. anyway, get over the title, it really is irrelevent. watch it and let me know what you think. it might be best to drop any negative conotations before you watch it. i got a lot out of it. i hope you do too.
