What substance is this? (2c family maybe?)

Yesterday my friend Marcus recounted to me an amazing experience he recently had, and was wondering if any of you could possibly help out with identification.

Marcus was at an outdoor party and decided to take the unknown substance with a close friend of his called Ben. The substance was approx 25 - 30mg of white crystalline powder with a very slight yellow hue.

10pm - The substance was divided up into two seperate lines and ingested nasally. Marcus and friend then locked up the car and walked down onto the dancefloor.

10:12pm - Marcus can already feel slight tendrils of something softly licking at his consciousness. He is begining to feel surprised. No body load/funny tummy seem prevelent, just nice touches of something resembling a come on.

10:15pm - Suddenly standing up infront of the speakers seems ridiculous but not in an overwhelming 'wtf is going on' crazy wave of euphoria way. Marcus decides to casually move to the side of the dancefloor and sit near the fire.

10:17pm - A few minutes after sitting down, Marcus realizes Ben has chosen to sit down as well, on the other side of the dancefloor. They are both looking at each other wondering 'what is this beautiful thing'? Suddenly Marcus's vision is pulled into the fire which starts to transform into a blurred, smudged version of red and orange waves, skipping in and out of time (very dmt like). His mind immediately thinks off low tribal chanting, as rather Dark Twisted PsyTrance spirals off into fractals in the background. Then Ben walks over and sits down next to Marcus, the connection is made, and they slip into the zone.... effortlessly.

The rest of the evening is spent actually enjoying this type of PsyTrance (which is rare) while these two seasoned minds regale one and other with talks on the mysteries of humans, the universe, love, creation and the unravelling of past patterns/suffering, which come naturally and without the forcefullness/deep sigh(?) of LSD. Ideas and philosophys are easy to grasp, and are plucked out of the aether with zero effort. Empathy and the vibration of love are King at this table. Body is clear, mind is crystal, everything is relaxed without realizing it, and the patterns, visuals and sensory stimulation are amazingly fractalized and 'Earthy'. Visuals are ridiculously incredible. Their close friends are drawn to them, relaxed in their own journey, and a few even want to be close, so as to receive the rare offering that is on show for them.

1:30am - After approx 3 hours of journeying, Marcus has that first pulse in his heart that the vortex is shifting. Over the next 1 - 2 hours things begin to slowly wind down, but the core of it still runs nice and deep.

3:30 - 4am - Marcus still feels a very slight tingling, but all of a sudden the effects drop off. Now he takes stock of what just happened. His body is feeling great, he doesnt feel jittery or have that speedy feeling running through his veins, and he admits to himself hes never taken this substance before. He climbs into his car and effortlessly goes to sleep. When he awakens 5 hours later he feels great.

Needless to say Marcus, being the psychoNAWT that he is, would love to get an idea of what might have graced his palette!!

Marcus should have asked the dude he got it from, because we can't tell him what he snorted.

If you dont know what the substance is you cant very well say what mg it is????

 

The person who gave it away didn't say what it was? That's strange, I would never just buy some random powder off someone. Regardless there really is no way of knowing what it was. Sounds like a 2c-something but you'll never know now.

 

With the duration given, dose and effects my guess would be 2cb.


Some advice for the future, its a Good idea to know what drug you are taking prior to ingesting it.

 

Did he say if it burned?

 

Substance was given to Marcus from a close mutliverse explorer, at an outdoor rave. When asked what it was, his friend replied 'its a surprise'. The substance was then pocketed and not thought of for 5 months. When Marcus remembered he had it, he followed instructions on dose (half with someone else). Marcus does not take random powder from strangers lol

And thank you all for your suggestions. Marcus said he thought he heard the name 2c-b given but could not be sure as the environment he was in when offered said substance, was rather melting.

I asked him and he said it did burn a little. Not too much though.

if he got it from a close friend, and it was supposed to be a surprise, can't he ask his friend what it was now that he has taken it?

 

If it did not burn then I would say that was a no for it being a 2c(x).All the ones I have ever done burned a good bit for around 20 mins are so. Someone on a trip report said it was like putting battery acid up your nose.I myself dont find it that bad but there is a unforgettable burn.
