No you see in an anarchist society, there would be many m any anarchists... if you tried to give them law and order, theyd be pissed off and collectively kill you. Than if they tried to take power their anarchist fellows would have found out and they'd kill them. You cant take over the people... I see... So its just a lust for power than. Hmm. My bad, I assumed... Now I understand, you just are excited about the chance to rule and be powerful.
~Anarchist~ Your idea of a good government is no government at all! You hate any form of control and believe in complete free will... and you have a passionate hatred for Capitalism, which you see as opressive force.
Well than you are just setting yourself up for disaster than... I've got time for detail, but that's ok if you don't. Im glad you think its obvious communism works on a small scale though. Much props for that... as many people would be hard pressed to admit that.
The main problem, as I, and many others, have stated before, is human nature. If everyone agrees, it would work, but on large scales it is very unlikely everyone would agree to such and extent that it would not collapse upon itself.
No you see the people don't want to be governed by anyone... and you come in, and you want to govern them, so they kill you... its as simple as that.
I'm sure there is at least an equal number of people who want to govern others, who's to say they would not outnumber, or otherwise have advantage over the rest?
Anyone who thinks they know what human nature is, is misguided... we lost human nature, a hell of a long time ago.. Im still waiting for what a working government is defined as... Capitalism doesnt work. Especially Libertarianism... its just as much of a dream as Communism. The only way a capitalist society could work is if everyone in it agreed with Capitalism... and that certainly isnt the case either... nevertheless the government exists and to the ones who agree with it, it will be "working" to the ones who disagree, it will be "not working". We just have different dreams... and we can all be happy if we live in our own dream worlds with people whom agree with us.
This is the argument climax... When we start picking at eachothers typing and grammatical skills. I type 110 wpm, hella fast, i dont have time to proof-read my damn posts. Don't make me pick at your errors too... and believe me, if I hunt long enough, I can find them.
Adam Smith even said Capitalism would only work if human nature was good cause then the privates would only make good that were good for people [ie, no cigs, drugs, etc...] so as we can see, this is not the case so Capitalism is out... I still like the way the Hutterites work [cept for the strict prudeness and such] as a colony reaches 100 people [or soething] they split in half, then they have two smaller groups to grow upon and so on and so on...its like an aomeba
Capitalism has worked alright in the U.S. so far, and obviously not all agree with it. That's what is great about it, in an ideal sense, it does not force anything on you. Unlike communism. Anarchy of course is a different matter, it forces nothing, but leaves itself completely open to exploitation.
Thats just dreaming. If a society were anarcho-communist or anarchist, trying to bring Capitalism or Government to it would be like trying to bring back Slavery in the united states... its just not going to happen, because the ones who live there will never agree with it. There may be an uprising of 100 stupid hicks who try to bring back slavery, but theyll be killed by the masses.
I'm sure there are plenty, and it's not particularly meant as an attack, just when I saw a pattern it made me wonder if it was not so much a random mistake, as a lack of understanding of it's proper usage.
Acctaully it hasent cause after the 30's they had to become more and more socialist to protect the workers...and you can still buy harmful products on the open market, and the government has laws to limitand control what is sold...there is basically no-where in the world that is Capitalist
Like I said, the masses become the governing body, assuming it works out like you say (which I doubt), and therefore it is not anarchy.
YOU think capitalism has worked alright in the US... I think it has failed miserably... like i said, if you agree with capitalism, you will think it works... if you disagree, you will think it does not work... same with communism.. thats just the way things work Capitalism DOES force things on people... It just doesnt force anything onto YOU because you agree with it... It forces those who disagree with it into its ideaology and structure.. which you see no problem with... others might. Communism doesnt force anything but communism, capitalism forces nothing but Capitalism.
