This is what I found: Billly Gates writes "Microsoft is ending support for Windows XP in 2014. Fortunately for its users who want to keep browsing the web, Google is continuing to support Chrome until at least 2015. Firefox has no current plans to end support for XP.
Mozilla (Firefox) is ending support for Windows 8 Metro because so few people use it. Sorry I implied that it was all versions of Windows.
At Boston University, it's pretty rare to see anyone using anything other than Mac. Only the people over 50 use Windows.
Really? Alot of people in my area that I know here still have windows. What is Mac? You are not dealing with any computer expert here...LOL
also, there ws something about all of the trees on this land, and I don't know what people at Optimum were talking about when they istalled hook ups here. They said something was not going to be possible...Only I don't know what they were talking about. Have this. It works fine for my purposes, and that is all I care about.
Mac is short for Apple Mcintosh That's succesful marketing for you... It seems the majority of students here uses Macs as well but it is not nearly so extreme that only the 50+ are using windows!
I'm using Apple's Mavericks OS and I have to say it's the worst thing I've seen apple make to date. I miss old Mountain Lion Fuk you top gun
Yeah, I think I know what you mean. I actually think Apple hit a high point with Snow Leopard and things have been getting a bit worse since then. I don't like the trend to dumb things down to make the OS more like iOS. But notifications have gotten a lot better. And support for full-screen apps with multiple displays.
