Yep, we capitalize formal names, for example. It is proper to say "English" or "Joseph" instead of "english" or "joseph".

As someone mentioned earlier, basic money management. Staying out of most CC debt, having an emergency fund, not buying things that you can't afford, not living paycheck to paycheck etc.

 

This would be a very interesting course to take and an interesting topic to reseach in a number of crime hotspots around the globe.
