Are you a natural leader? I'd say a natural leader is one who even from a very young age is take charge and decisive. Willing to accept the credit and the responsibility at the drop of a dime. Ready to have people follow and ready to show them a way. An accidental leader? An accidental leader, I'd say is the kind of leader who wakes up one morning to realize a following, but never noticed one forming and did not intend to create one. They do, however, accept the responsibility and act accordingly. A situational leader? A situational leader would be somebody who stays towards the back or the middle of the pack for the most. They generally like to follow, help, or "pitch in" more than run the show. BUT when shit hits the fan or when they realize the lack of leadership around them they step up to the plate and knock one out of the park. Once they're done, they resume their spot amidst the crowd. A non leader? A follower. Somebody who does not care to or possibly even understand how to lead fellow peers. They don't like the idea of responsibility or do not have the self-confidence to take responsibilty and be decisive. They may or may not care about taking credit, but they don't want to be to blame either.
I prefer to have no people. I think id be good at leading people into war though, like napolian days, not these wars. I can always canjur up sly strategies.
I am both a leader and a follower. I don't fit in any of the above categories. I lead by example, I lead by helping and I lead by doing things that are not the 'norm'. I follow by not caring, by not wanting to have any responsibility and by being lazy as fuck. In other words, I am not a leader and not a follower. I am also not a middle-man. I guess that makes me a loner.
Im not aware of having any followers, so if I ever do maybe accidental leader? I mean I tell my son what to do but he usually doesnt listen
I'm neither. I do my own thing, and go with whatever people I want to at the time. When I'm there, I'm listened to, and I don't follow. But I don't stick to one group to lead. Does that make me a drifter? Or a nomad?
I'm defiantly like that in some ways. I just am and what I am changes from time to time and doesn't really matter...
i'd say i'm a blend of a natural and situational leader. in most instances i can just get up and lead. i can take charge at the drop of a dime. and coming to this school, i thought i wanted to lead a lot. but being here, i just became dis-illusioned and just didn't want to put forth the effort to do so and the time required to do so it quite a bit. so i choose to just sit back in the middle until something arises where i will take charge. on a sports field, i'm a natural leader. even with rugby and how i just started playing...you could tell i commanded a following just by how intense i played.
There wont be a shortage. And I didn't vote to suck my own cock, just so you guys know. I voted accidental leader.
So you're saying you can lead any group you're with and it doesn't really matter the situation? I'd say that makes you a born leader. Ready to lead, regardless of who or where the followers are, and ready to be decisive and have them follow you even when put on the spot.
I assume you're right, but my ego will continue to have me type out that I believe some hot woman wants me to be thrus..... Nevermind. You get the idea.
