What is your favorite opiate recreational only?

Yet again just as it sounds what is your favorite it's Friday night and it's been a really rough week you say fuck it I'm going all out and I'm gunna do a whole bunch of my favorite opiate tonight what would it be? I've tried them all from codiene to heroin hydromorphone and fentanyl and everything in between and for me it would have to be in this order my top 5. 1) hydromorphone 2) morphine 3) oxycodone 4) oxymorphone 5) hydrocodone. And if you want to tell how much you would like to dose if money and supply wasn't an issue. For me it would be about 10-15mgs of dilly around 100mgs of morphine 60-75mgs oxycodone 80-160 oxymorphone and about 75-100mgs of hydrocodone what about you? Also tell why that is your favorite drug to party with IE is it the particular euphoria rush high sedating stimulating what is it that you like about it? For me it's the rush of snorting hydromorphone it's just so strong and clean its really hard to find but it's fun when ya do. Oh and also this is all fictional and hypothetical ya dig!

 

fent is my fav. gives me energy too along with the buzz, never got to try hydromorh, but all i can get is herion. it works good white fire 15 a stamp.

 

I only had Fentanyl once, in a medical setting, and I fell in love with it. Unfortunately, (probably fortunately) I haven't been able to find it on the street. But if I had access and was able to get the dosage right it would be Fentanyl. Morphine I think is too sedating. The Oxy's were ok when you could crunch them up and snort them. Hydrocodone is great at the right dose (50-60mg). It's got that warm glow, and not too sedating at the right dosage. You get not only a euphoric buzz, but almost a speed buzz. You feel "busy" and want to do things. And that's what I use every day. But if I could get the dosage right and not kill my dumb ass, I'd choose Fentanyl. But I'd really like to try this Opana I hear people talk about. It's just not available around here. And that's weird, because I'm not far from Chicago.

 

So what did you choose happy dude?

Pod tea, but I rarely fool with opiates.

heroin just has that "soul" kinda high that none of the others ever will.

Love me some codeine. Always does stuff for me that hydros and oxys never could.

 

Really what doses of codiene vs oxy and other stuff do you do? I dont even have that high of a tolerance and I would need at least 4-500mgs of codiene to get a kinda good feeling.

My list may seem a bit odd, but I have had a sizable number of experiences on all of the listed opioids except Propoxyphene which I have only taken twice. But I think Hydrocodone provides a really "special" high that is both incredibly euphoric and wonderfully relaxing like Morphine in a body high.

Etkearne subs are your second favorite opiate? That's crazy! Haha do you take pretty high doses? Was that you I read a 24mg suboxone post under what I'm on right now?
I like this little opi family we got going with us, happydude, sorrows, and maybe a couple others haha it's nice to be on a site where even if your not banging H and have been for years ppl still respect you unlike my last opi site.

 

Yes. I honestly find the high from Buprenorphine to be amazing for some reasons which i will describe. I do not take high doses though and that is the reason I can still get high off of it every time. See, it has a ceiling dose around 6 mg. Any higher dose, while prolonging the w/d preventing effects of the drug, does not get your higher or better pain relief than 6 mg.

So if you are taking 6 mg every day, eventually you'll be tolerant to it. It won't feel like anything. But since taking more wont get you higher, it is pointless to use it for recreation at that point.

However, I did some "homework" before getting on Subs and learned about this. Thus, I have constantly stayed at just taking 2-2.5 mg per day. It keeps withdrawal away and I usually don't feel much of anything from it. BUT!! The key is that once a week, I decide to take from 4-5 mg at once. And since I am only tolerant to 2 mg and 4-5 mg is still below the ceiling, I DO get incredibly high from it. I think it is the perfect solution and more people on subs should do this.

Why do I like Bupe more than Morphine for example?

1. Ability to function - unlike Morphine (which I will compare to because most people love Morphine) Bupe doesn't clog my mind up so much that taking a drive or a stroll, or interacting with straight people isn't awkward or dangerous.

2. Euphoria is razor fucking sharp - the euphoria from Bupe is somewhat unique among opioids. It makes you feel content, not a care, etc., but to me it also has a very sharp (I cannot really put it into words), swelling excitement to it , like a geyser exploding its steam 300 feet into the air. I imagine this is because it is a kappa antagonist and delta agonist (both of which promote euphoria) in addition to mu agonism. Morphine is actually a kappa agonist which can caus dyspohoric.

3. Weird nods - the nods I get on Bupe, while rare (say once a month) are so mind-Blowingly intense and are nearly psychedelic to me. I get incredibly sucked into a shadow world of sorts and it is crazy but wonderful in the same time!

 

I find it hard to put into words really.. I've always liked more chill drug experiences and I dislike being overwhelmed. With Codeine I am able to hit that happy medium between sobriety and intoxication. More than anything It gives me a nice sense of peace and calm, IMHO unlike other opiates I've tried. Oxys and Hydro made me high, but not peaceful. The only other one that surpasses Codeine in the "peaceful" department for me is Tramadol, which unfortunately lacks more of the traditional opiate feelings that I get with Codeine.

And of course it helps that I can get it cheaply over the counter, and that there is a low risk of addiction or OD. If I keep my tolerance down, nice recreational doses span from 150mg - 300mg. I still haven't even dosed above that 300mg mark.

 

Wow man that's really cool. I didn't know a lot of that. I knew about the ceiling dose but none of the other shit. I could totally understand that now. I need to get a few bupe for my stash when hard times hits know what I mean.

 

Cool. I am glad you can see where I am coming from. Definitely a good idea to have some Bupe in th medicine cabinet for a rainy day in an opioid taker's life haha.
