    any idea how big they grow ??

    I'd say not very big. Most succulents are small. An exception would be something like an aloe plant which can get pretty big in the desert.

    Each on of those "leaves" is capable of producing a new plant. Let it dry out abit, it falls apart.

    My mom has one of those plants and a bunch of aloes. She started with one aloe plant and it kept shooting out side plants that grew into entirely new plants. She now gives them away to friends and neighbors.
