What is this song?

I know it has to be a famous song because I've heard it a few times before. It kind of sounds like Bob Marley, but with a deeper voice.

All I could pick up from the chorus was something like:

move on block(?) mawn(man)
*sounds of horns* da da dada da
move on block mawn(man)

repeat

 

More likely to be "Move on black man" ?

Doesn't ring a bell, though.

 

I googled the lyric and came up with Sadat X and Brand Nubian.

 

I'm not sure but it might be 3 oclock (roadblock) by Bob Marley.
