You can SOMETIMES find some Daturas in some commercial green houses like where I work but that's still mean you'll need to read a lot about this plant, having a bright idea of what you are going to do, and most important, BE CAREFULL with that plant because you are going to fuck youself up man. But I consume that plant in tea without having bad experience so I guess if you use it in a intelligent way you can retreat something good out of this.

not really, 30 seeds and you'll get enought vivid hallucenations, more could kill or put you in really deep trouble. I've heard that 15 - 20 can work out pretty well too. But if you are just looking for a high you can make a tea with 1 or 2 leaf it's gonna be all good.
