Astral projection (or astral travel) is an out-of-body experience achieved either awake or via lucid dreaming or deep meditation. People who say they experience astral projection often say that their spirit or astral body has left their physical body and moves in another dimension known as the spirit world or astral plane. The concept of astral projection has been around and practiced for thousands of years, dating back to ancient China. Psychics often say that the subconscious (or dreaming) mind contains the spirit or astral body, resulting in falling dreams or waking up with a falling sensation and sudden jerk. Most dreams are not remembered by the conscious mind, making the experience of astral projection a subject of subjectivity. Believers in astral projection point out, though, that most ghost sightings often define the ghost as a lucid or transparent apparition walking the earth. It is unclear whether every physical object has an 'astral' counterpart, if a spirit literally uses incarnation into a physical body and this is what results in astral projections, or if the phenomena is something else entirely. Astral projection also touches on life itself and what happens after physical death. Incubi are male demons that prey upon sleeping women for intercourse. It is beleived that more incubi are created from the demon's sex act. In order to sustain itself, the incubus drains the woman's energy. Some say that the penis of an incubus is is unnaturally cold. Some religions beleive that repeated intercourse with an incubus will lead to deteriorated health of even death. The female version of incubi are called succubi (singular: succubus) I read wiki and kinda paraphrased. I thought "incubus" was just a name of a band.

Astral projectors induce dreams, do mind controlling with their ability, see what someone else is imagining in thier mind, etc. Pyrokinetics can be done by astral projectors too. So watch out. Those kinds of ppl are born like they are to do those things. They are dark beings that go into the sun (hell) after being a ghost for a while after thier human death.
there are techniques... I use the breathing technique. it requires continual exercise to succeed in astral projection. one may do it the first time or after months or years. to do it with ease and total control, it always requires years of exercise. a guide, experienced in astral projection, is not crucial yet highly recommended. I projected my self the first time I tried, with a friend as a guide. yet after that, I was unable to do it again for I had no guide although I felt that each time I tried alone, I came quite near to the final exodus moment. meditation before astral projection helps. try it. no success? try it again you will be surprised. ps: and the band named astral projection does NOT make goa trance anymore! they make club music instead. booo!!!
