I quit one day when I'm a better position to quit successfully instead of in position to fail with aim to quit? I may one day ya know? Quit I mean. Quit what? I don't really think it's your business what I intend to quit but I may still quit when in a better position to quit, but until then I'll probably not quit and it's not your business anyway if I quit or don't quit but I may still quit anyway.

I like sugar in my coffee and my tea so I may not quit at all but I might still quit. I dunno yet. What do you think I should do?

Well, I like sugar quite a bit, but I might could replace it with honey or maybe sucrolose or maybe just learn to like water and juice and quit drinking coffee and tea. I may quit smoking cigarettes though for real. It's a tough habit to break. Which reminds me ... I think I'll make a resin paperweight with a cigarette inside and write "break in case if emergency" on it.

That's a sure fire way to keep me from lighting it up.

sugar and salt are both things we all need in moderation, which means a whole hell of a lot less then the typical american consumption of them.
i don't know about other parts of the world, because i don't live there, so people who do can speak to that if they choose,
but the u.s. i live in, there's something like between ten and twenty times as much as we need, in almost everything you can buy in a store,
and that includes foods that are totally counter intuitive for there to be any.
