Standing up for homosexuals does no harm because being homosexual in itself does no harm; standing up for minorities does no harm because being a person in a minority group does no harm in itself. Standing up for people who try to harm people who are not like themselves - in actions or words - does harm by supporting ignorance.

If some one or some group of people are just trying to live life and be happy why try to make them hurt?

Nah, I'm far too mature and secure to waste my energy comparing myself to other women. I'm one of the few women I know ( both on and off the internet) that doesn't act like a high school junior. I would expect a woman in her 50's to be above that. I guess not!

i dislike getting approached by panhandlers so often. it's like a toll for walking down the street. i work for my money, i don't wanna give you buck. and nice sneakers/jacket. they are nicer than mine.

i also dislike groups of people that post 19 pages on a thread before i can read any of it. so i only read page 1 and 19. sounds like there was some retarded shit in the middle there though

 

People who use "then" for "than", as in "better then that". Just for you who don't know, it is supposed to be "better than that".

That also goes for the "should of's" instead of the correct "should've".

That was totally unnecessary! Ridiculous stereotype about women. As if saying their thinking logically is only possible when dealing with people less attractive than them. Piaf and Mama are both gorgeous. They do, however, come from different cultures and personal backgrounds that may cause them to approach homosexuality differently.

 

Have you even been to the South? Or better yet, lived in the South and traveled throughout it?

I've spent years in both regions on the east coast and guess which one as a whole is much more tolerant and open minded? And that goes for race, religion, sexual orientation, drug use, interests, fashion and social status.

Upstate NY is a bunch of hicks stuck in the 80s if you ask me.

 

When I first spent quite a bit of time in Upstate NY I thought to myself "Wow, this is what the south claims to be."

In other words, upstate NY fulfills stereotypes of the American South. The South isn't all what people think it is.

I live in the sticks on the corner of BFE, If a couple, Male or female, Want to be as miserable as the rest of us hetro relationships, So be it.
I have no problem with them one bit unless super flamer, At least the have the balls to stand up for what they believe in and make it known they will not tolerate whatever it is they have a problem with.

Only other 'groups' that act as fast and strong are the race baiters al, jesse and osama. Then promote hate when they gather.

What's funny is you go up to small towns up north, PA, MD, NJ, NY and it is chock full of wannabe 'southerners' flying confederate flags and talking with fake southern accents. Then you have the camaro hair chicks all over the place, it's just comical.
