What drug is this i have in my posession. When rubbed on fingers its yellow orangeish...when in the bottle it looks like black little rocks..kind of blueish. When cleaned up wiht a wet napkin there is blue residue ont he napkin...what the fuck is this?

look, its dark blue, and stains orange. i doubt it is some sort of magical plant resin just smoke some and see try to be close to a hospital though

No it doesn't fit any characrstics of salvia at all. It could be anything, why does he assume it's a drug? He's asking what it is so obviously he doesn't have the first clue.
Well im high now but...This actually sounds like iodine crystals to me, those probably arent good for smoking
