GHB is known to cause muscles to tighten and cramp up. Induces nausea, headaches, but can also promote a sense of well being. It's bad shit and yes, she needs to find out whos slipping her that stuff, or find some new friends.

id say its probally just from being drunk and her over thinking it. I mean those drugs dont really make people horny. But alcohol does.
