What do you prefer to use for payment?

Assuming you have the choice between all these different options, liberty reserve, pecunix, WU,
alert pay, money gram, etc. What do you prefer?
What if you want to pay w/ a pre-paid debit card?

WU lets you send money anonymously under $1000 don't they?

 

I usually just use a money order, because I never have a bank account. haha I've thought about using a pre-paid credit card though.

No...they give you a Money Transfer Control Number which the recepient needs to recieve your payment. As well you need to show some identification like your drivers liscense, usually one piece of ID is enough sometimes 2 peices of ID at most.

 

Western union is decent but has some risks. You should wear a hat and gloves (the forms are designed to pick up finger prints) and use a fake name, address should be an apartment complex with no number listed in case they try to verify it is a real address. For sending cash you usually don't need an ID, especially at places like grocery stores (if you go to a place dedicated to loans, WU, etc you will need to show at least one ID and they will photo copy it).

Liberty reserve is the best way to pay. You need to use western union or similar to fund it though. You can go to western union and send an ecurrency exchanger money, then they put the money in your liberty reserve account. I always wear a hat and gloves + use bullshit info when I get liberty reserve as well. Then you can access LR over Tor (SSL so it is safe from malicious exits). and you can pay vendors that take LR.

You can also pay vendors that take WU via LR by cashing out the LR to the vendors WU details. It will cost anywhere from 3-10% more money to use LR + Wu instead of just WU, but it is well worth it for the great amount of additional security and anonymity it provides.

Someone else wrote this tutorial, I edited it a bit though as they got some stuff wrong. It is pretty accurate now.

 

Best bet for taking payment is only accept LR, bounce it through a few accounts set up with bullshit info from the white pages of a few different countries (make sure to use a different tor exit for each account) and then cash it out to western union and pick it up with a fake ID, or pay someone trusted in another state / country / territory to pick it up with a fake ID for you and mail it to a PO box set up with a fake ID.

What we REALLY need is for someone to find a temporary credit card that can instantly cash out from ATMs with out identity verification. A good way to pay would be to have customers buy mag strip readers (like $80 for a cheap one) and then when they want to pay they buy one of those over the counter credit cards and skim the magstrip. Then the encrypt the magstrip data and E-mail it to the vendor, who uses a mag strip encoder to write it to a blank card and cashes it out at an ATM. Sort of how the credit card fraudsters steal peoples money, but consensual skimming if you will.

The only problem with this is, none of those damn cards cash out at ATMs, and you can't really use a blank white card with a magstrip on it to make purchases at stores or anything. And it is too expensive to get a card printer to fake the temp credit card design.

That payment system would be kick ASS....if anyone knows of credit cards like that (that you can buy with cash and that cash out at ATMs with out identity verification) please let me know!!!!

 

man i almost bought a mag strip encoder. almost i really wish i had but it feels so sketch to me.

1. credit card fraud
2. making fake IDs

 

If you still want one you can legally buy them for like $100 bucks.

Don't most people use WU? How many people have been contacted from that? How many people got busted from that? The DEA and stuff don't care about the buyers as much anyways, right? They concentrate on the distributer. Correct me if I am wrong. My dad works for the county sheriffs office on communications. He knows the DEA people of that state and told me they don't care about users.

P.S. Keep in mind, everything goes over the communications lines. You have to have a secret clearance to even be a commo dood.

 

well they may not care about users most of the time. but they do like to make examples of them sometimes. so its always better safe than sorry.

 

i always use money order, its never failed me. tho ive only ordered from 1 vendor so yeah.

 

you can find mag strip encoders all over the internet, even from legitimate supply stores.

Customers have less to worry about, but they still do get busted, especially for specifically illegal items. I know a few people who have been busted for getting things online, all personal use amounts.
