So what do you do while on the internet?

I usually am listening to music or reading.

Listen to music, talk to people in real life, smoke ciggs, read shit, so on and on.

 

I hang around here and on other message boards, and update my blog. That's all.

 

well i do sometimes make myself something to eat and eat it. i don't generaly get on the net when there are others arround to interfere with my clearity of thought.

what i do ON the net, well i spend a lot of time running off at the keyboard on forums like this one of course. but also i go arround looking for pictures i like and yes, i've discouvered music too. musician's own web sites where some of them offer ligitimately free samples of their work. again in generas that most interest me, many of whome most people haven't heard from, the're not exactly household names, most of them, and i must confess i'm a poor one with remembering names myself.

trains, furrys, even computers, but especialy alternative ways of living and having most of the things we take for granted, but in ways that are 'closer to the earth' and more harmonious with wild nature, these are the things i look for and sites i bookmark.

japanese trains and gardens. ferrocement domelike construction. electronica music. people sized trains and smaller. actual pictures of and data on endangered and other interesting kinds of critters.

all these are the kinds of things ON the net i'm fondest of.
the net also isn't the only or main thing i do on the computer either.
though it is perhapse the one i spend the most time on the computer doing.

my principal focus is creating 3d worlds and environments, though i don't have broadband that would allow me to participate in live on line massively multiplayer ones.

I usually sulk a lot and wish I had a life.

This usually leads to sobbing myself to sleep.

write e-mails, read celeb gossip + polit. news and stuff, read all sorts of forums, update profiles on various sites, update accounts of all sorts, look for irrelevant information, pictures, jokes, and stuff.

 

Two words: Web Comics.

Haha. I spend most of my time online doing stuff that makes me laugh.

 

- ICQ.Chat.ALOT ;; ( commonly the only thing I do )
- cry around because of my ex who I'm usually chatting to.
- Find out new ways to crash my linux and screw up scripts. ( in other words: I try to do experiments with my computer )
- upload stuff
- Download stuff so I can experiment some more.
- Check e-mails
- Pray for people ( Those on forums and those in real life )

oh yeah, and:

- - get 100,000 disconnects while doing the above.

I live in cyberworld. And barely have life. :/
( daily 6 hours a day on the computer or so. Yeah, miserable and pathetic I know. )
