What do you do when you have a bad day?

    Practice playing an instrument. Seems to absorb my attention entirely and very calming.

    True, anytime I practice guitar is bound to turn a bad day into a good day
    Even though I suck and will always suck. The very act of doing something challenging makes me feel better

    I usually go for a walk, or read a book. If it's not too late, I'll go to the gym.

    I had a terrible afternoon, and went for a run, and that helped quite a bit.

  5. Know that it will pass, it always does. And SO OFTEN the next day after a good quality sleep, things are much better....

    But life is ups and downs....so just deal with them....

    I like to get drunk on really bad days, but I play my guitar on good and bad days. Although for some reason, today, perhaps because of the weather, I couldn't get a decent tone. It's usually like that in the winter, so that's probably what it is.

    Yeah my dad died of liver failure from drinking I watch him drink his life away got too the point he couldn’t even go too the bathroom on his own couldn’t walk so I’ll pass on drinking

    I can't remember having a bad day in a long time. I guess that's good. So I don't remember what I do.

    It won’t kill you if you don’t overdo it. Drink, as they say, “in moderation”. I don’t go to the bottle every night, just once in awhile. But hey, I get it.

    Get a lot of bad days. Put it down to life mostly. Started yoga (I'm a grown man) lol and that helps a little, have tried mindfulness but that's not easy getting out your own head. Talking definitely helps strange but easier when you don't know the person (no prior knowledge) I think is the key.
    Hope your having better days.

    I try to do something positive that helps people. I guess I feel good because with all the negativity in the world now I get to be a little bit of change. A lot of people are just going to live in anger and ignorance. You can't let that rule that world. So like they de-fund the homeless and I will help them.

    I also rip my bong and listen to music.

    One good deed a day as every day deserves one.
