i hit the gym up to get HYUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE i go for runs i eat healthy and i have steady doses of PEDs
I run 3km every morning, do like 6 pushups (i'm a pussy, but I try, lol) and as many situps, crunches, and squats as I can manage (usually around the 70 mark)
I power walk/jog 2 miles 7 days a week, although sometimes I'll ride the bicycle 2 days a week and only power walk/jog 5 days out of 7. If I ride the bike it's usually on the weekend and I'll do 4 miles a day. I do a series of strenghthening/toning exercises, along with crunches (50) and weight lifting 4 days a week. this doesn't take me very long however, just more tedious than anything. Plus I like to throw in a lot of cardio dancing throughout. My absolute fave! I eat well, but I also don't deprive myself. I'm in excellent shape, my doctor says I'm one of his star patients. You should see my labwork and blood pressure, I'm fit as a fiddle.
It's fun isn't it, I love going out and doing things rather than doing exercises and all that stuff... I enjoy going bike riding, hiking well use to hike more than I do now, I moved and so I don't live where I use too, when we go to TN here in a few weeks we are going canoeing, white water rafting and I am going to look into hang glinding...very excited... Though I do love to run in wooded area, won't run unless it is in a wooded trail...Running is a nice stress reliever for me... I also love to do hard labor, cut wood, landscaping work..fun stuff.. I love working up a sweat...
on a more detailed note - mondays are usually my squat days wednesdays are usually upper body friday is usually a more full body weekends i do conditioning - drag my sled/tire, bodyweight, sledgehammer work
Exactly..I know that it is exercise when I am doing it..but it is always to much fun to consider it exercise..I dont run to much but I hike alot ..also, I get you on the hard labor..it is what I do on the side of my main job..garage cleaning, landscape, moving people, painting..the harder the better.. TN sounds like it will be a crazy trip..the hand gliding sounds crazy..I have went and watched the hand gliders and paragliders down in La Jolla above blacks beach..it looks fun, but a little scary..but it would be awesome to learn and then just launch yourself off some random mountain and land in the middle of a baseball game..
I ride my bike pretty much everywhere, or everywhere I can anyway. I like to be active, but I guess I never have the goal of fitness in mind. I like to dance, garden, camp, hike, play frisbee golf... But, the winter in Minnesota is coming soon, my level of being active goes way way down in the winter. eace:
