My apologies if there is another thread for this. I tried using the search function before I made this topic and it turned up squat. It actually said that the term "job" was not allowed, and removed it from my search... I just started a new position of Quality Technician. Basically, I support Quality Engineering for overall Quality Systems Management. I can safely say, it was never on my list of "what I want to be when I grow up", but then, I could never figure out what to put on that list. I'm good at what I do though, and I enjoy it. There's always something to do- whether I'm working a doc control aspect to make sure all documentation is "legal", participating in experimental procedures, or performing audits- I don't have the time to get bored. What do you do?
I'm a marketing/advertising analyst. Basically help companies to "brand" themselves. I do a lot of the brand writing, campaigns etc...I really like it but it's stressful sometimes. Some clients are super demanding. :/
I bet. I don't have to deal with customers, thankfully. They're bringing on another QT and she'll be handling customer reqs and stuff like that. Have at it, lady!
My job is really boring I work as a Mechanic in a carpet factory When I say boring I mean boring to talk about ! I seldom get bored
There's a lengthy thread about this somewhere. I replied in it this or last year. I drive sheep cheese around a couple of days a week. Don't make much but hey, no stress and plenty of free time :cheers2:
I was an engineer, consulting with US aerospace companies, NASA, and the USAF. Now I'm retired and doing whatever I want to do (or my wife wants me to do).
And I imagine I would have found them easily if the search function had worked the way it's supposed to.
Aerospace Engineer, OK what do you know about NASA and its ongoing attempt to cover up the existence of extraterrestrials? What did the astronauts really discover on the moon, and why has the aerospace community spent the last 100 years the smearing reputation of Percival Lowell? Hotwater
I don't believe the astronauts found any lunar evidence of extraterrestrial life. I think Mariner spacecraft debunked Lowell's Martian canal ideas. Still, you have a point about NASA's unwillingness to accept theories that conflict with the official NASA position. They depend on federal funding, so they don't want to upset Congress. I'm glad to be out of the aerospace business and believe America's only hope for crewed space missions to the Moon or Mars is for commercial interests.
