My roommates got me a 32" panasonic LCD tv.

edit - even after asking my parents not to get my anything i still ended up with a corded black n decker drill and $100 gift card to sears.

 

i didnt get anything from my family but i brought myself some new clothes

 

I too got a 32" LCD HDTV and a new cook book.. and smartwool socks... food dehydrator.. moneyz and gift cards.. clothes

 

not a bad haul, id love to have smartwool socks again. Im stuck with the knock off pairs from Costco.

I got some cash and spent it on presents for other people.

 

Not much, a candle, my perfume and a small necklace thingwhat my oldest wanted to get me. But all for the kids in this house.

I made out like a bandit this year. My dad won some money on a scratch-off ticket, so his budget was a little bigger and my in-laws always have great Christmas presents. I got a sock monkey hat, Mario Kart 7, Mario Party DS, Starfox 64 3D, one of those hoodies with the earphones in the drawstrings, navy blue low-top Chucks, a fuzzy pair of PJ pants with monkey faces and hearts, a bunch of Burt's Bee's lip balms, a waffle iron, a couple of pairs of knee-high socks, and a Beatles pint glass set. The sig. other got one of those gps things that reads directions to you as you go and a Kindle. The word "bored" better not be uttered in my house for a very long time.

 

I spent time with my family, we didn't do gifts this year cause we didn't need to. Just having the people who I can count on the most around me is what was truly important to me this year.

 

New kitchen stuff! Breville bamboo cutting board, Wüsthof knive set, springform pan, bread machine, electric knife, Ninja food processor, and a Ninja blender. I've been cooking all day and having a blast! Yay for new kitchen toys!

 

German steel is nice.. i got a nice set of german cutlery as well.. that i took as a going away present from my last job
