Laddered a roof to blow off the leaves. First step; slipped on the loose sand, fell, and ended up with my legs dangling off the edge, entwined in the ladder rungs, trying not to slip any further towards the edge (which I could feel myself very slowly doing anyway). Laid like that for over an hour until a neighbor saw me out the window and came to my rescue. Got home, got in the shower, and had repeated waves of severe confusion, derealization (like in a really weird and confusing dream), and then nausea. Hadn't hit my head; had a mild stroke anyway. Fun times.
I've got a lot of tremor, so I pour my morning coffee over the sink, so as not to make a mess. Today I shivered a bit, and poured hot coffee straight from the stove all over my left hand; just this side of 212-218°F/100.0-103.3 °C. A lot of coffee. Fun times. .

I went shopping and left empty-handed after hours. I came home, binged The Walking Dead to catch up to season 11, then I did some work. Now I'm feeling restless as usual.
what i did today was to not fall down and break anything that might not sound like the adventure that restocking on edibles and sundries, necessitated by the consumption of their reserves this day happened to be. the snow coming down had stopped and three days of thawing and nights of freezing having made any outdoor surface something of an injury trap for anyone with my diminishing sense of balance and strength of limb.
