  1. Basmati rice with a tin of tuna, tomato and basil and onion.
    Quite yummy.
     
  2. Oh and a sunkist softdrink

  4. Green curry chicken with chili peppers and saffron over a bed of riced cauliflower with garlic, ginger, cabbage, carrots, and soy sauce.

    Have a Haggis defrosting at the moment, when its thawed, will place in casserole dish and heat in the oven. In the meantime I will peel and chop sweet potato, swede, pparsnip & celeriac and steam them. When the veg is cooked I will strain into a bowl, add a large knob of butter and mash the veg into a pulp, Then I'll empty that onto a plate and place the Haggis on top and cover it all in a rich gravy.
