    10lbs hot oil turkey.. probably the last year for that contraption . grilled salmon and/ ham that was cooked already - but on the grill it felt fresh, hot and smoked.. satanic stuffing. other simple nuke a bag veggie and potatoes.

    I made a stir fry with a homemade peanut sauce tonight. It turned out really good!

    Jane did the dinner tonight while I was finishing off some work.
    A simple salmon fillet with some butter and black pepper, wrapped in foil, baked and served with a salad and crusty bread.
    Quick, simple and very enjoyable.

    I baked a cheese cob loaf so I hollowed out this bread roll and then I filled in with a spinach and bacon melted cheese dip. Wait until cool down a bit, then dip in baked bread to melted cheese.

    Was a success and everybody enjoyed it.

    Probably yields about 5000 calories.
    Need it for today's 12 hour house repair/chores
