I made some brown rice with carrot and onion in it. Then I heated up some leftover chicken in garlic butter and mixed all that together.

thawed some frozen mozz cheese sticks for a snack. Now working on some dal, and lamb too. (I'm starving, yo! lol)
fried up some ground pork...added shrimp..chopped up medium firm tofu...shrimp and diced green onion ....then added garlic hoisin sauce it was good.. set half aside for another meal probably tomorrows lunch
I got chicken in the crockpot. Gonna make enchiladas when I get home. Don't know if I'm going to eat any of it though. I haven't eaten all day. My tummy's not happy. I think I'm coming down with something.
