I just bought a small package of little 'lumps' from my local herb shop with the title 'Philosophers Stone' on it. It was from a bottom drawer after making 'good friends' with the owner. He said I should carefully chew up a third of the little things, and I'd have a nice psychadelic trip. I wasn't paying that much attention to what was going on, actually (sleepy, talking about other interesting things), it all came up so quickly. I don't even know what the legality of such things are in Victoria Australia, if these things even are mushrooms. Yeah, that's my question , what do you guys think these are? Mushrooms? Nice ones, am I going to die? Sorry for being a complete moron, and sounding like one. I wince when I read what I've just written, but any ideas would be well received, even if you're just telling me I'm a retard for having bought something I'm not too sure of.
they're fungi yes, i think its the same active chems (psilocybin, psilocin) as your normal bouncy shrooms. im gonna have to start making some herb friends.

They're truffles. There are only 3 varieties of fungi I think that can do this, and Mexicana-a is one of them, probably what they are. Contain Psilocin & psilocybin & they're not supposed to be taste too bad either.
psilocybe tampanensis i do believe i've heard its a completely different from regular shrooms and leads to very philosophical trip. i've also heard its not as visual. i thought they were illegal along with regular psilocybe shrooms?
I don't know if what I bought is legal or not . I suspect not. It was brought out from under the counter (yes, I'm serious, go the cliche), and the guy was speaking in a whisper. He seemed to take a bit of a liking to me, but then I'm pretty gullible and perhaps I paid $50 for nothing but some dried mushrooms from the supermarket. I'll tell you after the weekend . I'm hoping for the philisophical trip. Sounds fun. It all came out after we started talking about the bzp he was offloading as fast as he could (becomes illegal to sell in Victoria in just over a week), and we were talking about the crazy situation that existed before now in regards to its sale, and some over the counter herbs we both liked, etc.
no they contain psilocybin and psilocin they wont give you a different trip...well all trips are different so make your guess
Thanks Grapefruity. I'd been told the "Philosopher's Stone" gave a more intellecutally powerful trip, and was wondering how if it contained the same active chemicals. Guess it doesn't .I'll be having the pack on the weekend, I'll report how it goes for my first ever shroom trip (hopefully, so long as these things are real and good ).
They also contain psilocyn and psilocybin, they sell them in smartshops here, is supposed to give a light and colorful trip. I don't care about buying a light species here as I can get the best if I pay a little more, but if its all illigal, go for it. Its mushrooms.
