Horsetail grass (or also can be found as Silica), and hemp seed oil(both taken internally) helps with hair growth. Is that what you mean? Go to a health food store, they can point you in the right direction Nutrition/vitamin wise.
as winter approached here faster everyday my hair has actually started to grow significantly faster. It's kinda weird. Every time about this time of year my hair grows really fast but when winter leaves and spring approaches it grows slower. yeah man sorry, other than some vitamins, time is your only solution.
time..mine started at 2 inches.. now theyre 2 feet psast my toes.. but that took time.. although i know a freind who start4ed his at the same time his are batrly past his shopulders now everyones grow at differet rates..
